Job Description:

We have wide range of functions under Finance Department; students will be placed in different functions according to their potential and preference.

Revenue Management & Biz Operaions (Revenue & Content Provider)

• Assist in perfom revenue assurance tasks and perform revenue analysis for post-launched business cases
• Assist in receipt, waiving and adjustment operations
• Assist in perform user acceptance test for new system

Revenue Management & Biz Operaions (Receipt)

• Assist in Business Partner Evaluation
• Assist in disconnection and collection process
• Assist to perform Credit Check and PAI Review
• Assist in handling ownership transfer cases

Financial Reporting

• Assist to prepare various notes to audit/non-audit accounts for group companies
• Assist in PowerPoint presentations and various analyses;
• Draft tax returns for filing to HKIRD
• Fixed assets counts
• Gather information for disposal of obsolete fixed assets

Treasury & Bank Relationship Management/ Cash Management & Payable

• Prepare invoice and payment vouchers
• Invoice & approval checking
• Annual audit for A&P expenses and petty cash claims
• Annual Cheque Stock Count
• Filing and data input
• Assist UAT and checking on various project implementation such as Payment workflow, CSMS Revamp, Vendor Maintenance Revamp

Commercial & Procurement

• Review Purchase Requisition to ensure the sourcing of the product/service are in accordance with purchasing policy
• Assist in tendering process (prepare and review tender document, cost comparison etc)
• Other ad hoc exercises

Finance & Corporate Systems

Finance Automation:

• Report and process automation
• Perform and conduct testing with user
• Provide support and maintenance to application system and handle end user requests

Investor Affairs

Handle Investor Affairs and Sustainability related tasks including but not limited to:

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations;
• Support data collection and analysis;
• Facilitate the preparation of the interim report

Biz Assurance & Compliance

• Conduct internal control testing / audit tasks
• Facilitate ICAD /Group Risk Register preparation and submission
• Other ad hoc exercises

Financial Planning & Cost Control

• Site agreement review and CSMS data input verification
• MTR agreement review in CSMS + invoice verification
• Site expenses: Rental & Electricity analysis
• Site revenue billing and preparation
• Operator settlement analysis
• Assist UAT on CSMS

Requirements:

• Finance related disciplines prefers
• Major in business/ finance or environmental/ sustainability related disciplines (for Investor Affairs Team)
• Major in Accountancy related disciplines (for Biz Assurance & Compliance Team)
• Recommended but not mandatory (for Finance & Corporate Systems Team):

- VBA

- SQL

- Java/Javascripts

- Python

• Basic Excel and Word skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
