Purpose of the Job

This role aims to provide support in executing trade and consumer promotion programs. He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various marketing promotional activities. He/she will consolidate and analyse channel promotion mechanics and track program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

•    Assist in the execution of trade and consumer promotion programs for Beer Summer Promotion Campaign
•    Work closely with internal and external parties to support tactical promotions, including but not limited to preparing sell-in decks, following up premium orders, supporting visibility management and coordinating with internal designers and external agencies for POSM adaptation and development
•    Support the coordination of marketing activites and trade incentive logistics arrangements, preparation of marketing collateral
•    Work closely with Sales Team to consolidate and prepare channel promotion mechanics with bilingual outlet details
•    Consolidate and prepare analysis report to track the effectiveness of promotion programs
•    Conduct market research with consumer insights and explore promotion ideas for distribution development and visibility enhancement
•    Assist ad hoc projects as required   

Requirements

•    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills
•    Adaptaive, with a can-do attitude and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment          
•    Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
•    Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
