Summer Intern - HR services / Full time

Who we are? We are a boutique firm providing recruitment and HR consulting services. We are now looking for an intern to support on our daily operation. As an intern, you will play an integral role in our daily activities, gaining firsthand experience in the fast-paced world of human resources. We are committed to mentoring you, sharing our expertise, and providing a supportive environment to help you grow professionally. Responsibilities

• Provide general administration supports to the team;
• Assist in assessing candidate qualifications and interests by reviewing resumes through various channels
• Maintain an accurate candidate database
• Handle daily administrative works including data entry, filing, interview arrangement etc; 
• Support in payroll operation of secondment services.

 

Requirements  

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree, HR major is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Good interpersonal skills & willing to learn;
