Summer Intern - OMS Account Management, AP Ocean Freight

Work location: Kwai Hing

5 days full time work from June to August 2024.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Asia Pacific Account Management department on data analysis, customer reporting. internal reporting, email communication with internal teams, document checking
• Utilizing internal logistics system for customer database handling
• Support the team on daily operation tasks, including but not limited to customer reporting, internal reporting, email communication with internal teams, document checking, and team administration etc
• To maintain good communication and working relationship with internal/external customers
• To provide customer-oriented service to fulfil and exceed customers' requirements and expectations
• To perform other ad-hoc team tasks as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

• Current Full Time Student in Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/ Marketing and Sales  area or any disciplines
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Well-versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Positive and objective thinking with good working attitude
• Well-versed in logistics industry is an advantage.
