Summer Intern - Ocean Freight

Work location: Kwai Hing

5 day full time work from June to August 2024.

Job Responsibilities:

1. To handle export and import ocean freight shipment
2. To support and perform ocean freight customer reporting
3. To assist in daily operation in Ocean Freight department including but not limited to data input, data verification, booking handling and documentation preparation
4. To support special Ocean Freight project 
5. To provide administrative support to daily operations of the team
6. To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

1. Current Full Time Student in Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree in  Logistics/Supply Chain area or any disciplines
2. Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
3. Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
4. Strong sense of responsibility
5. Well-versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
6. Positive and objective thinking with good working attitude
7. Well-versed in logistics industry is an advantage.
