Summer Internship - Claims Department

China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited (“China Life (Overseas)") with presence in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Indonesia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, China’s largest financial insurance corporation.

Responsibilities

• Support the claims process, prepare related administrative work and correspondence
• Assist in the system enhancement projects
• Prepare training material and related claims promotion tools
• Support data analysis and prepare regular reports
• Provide translation support to the department

Requirements

• University Student, major in translation is preferred.
• Strong interest in exploring insurance operations
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing)
