Summer Intern - Ocean Freight

Work location: Kwai Hing

5 day full time work from June to August 2024.

Job Responsibilities

• To handle export and import ocean freight shipment
• To support and perform ocean freight customer reporting
• To assist in daily operation in Ocean Freight department including but not limited to data input, data verification, booking handling and documentation preparation
• To support special Ocean Freight project 
• To provide administrative support to daily operations of the team
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Skills & Requirements

• Current Full Time Student in Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain area or any disciplines
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Well-versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Positive and objective thinking with good working attitude
• Well-versed in logistics industry is an advantage.
