Summer Intern

Job Overview

You will start the eight-week internship with a specially designed orientation programme that will walk you through our business strategies, brand image and vision.

You will be assigned to a designated department. Supported by highly motivated managers, you will be encouraged to share your ideas and contribute to real-world projects. Your line manager will be there to help you to be the best you can be.

You will receive a host of soft skills trainings (i.e., business presentation and effective communications) and be able to build your skills. You will also attend exclusive sharing sessions delivered by our management and young managers to learn from their success stories and best practice.

Over the course of the programme, you will enjoy ample teambuilding opportunities to build network, both professional and personal, with peers from across the Group.

Responsibilities

Chinachem Group offers a wide range of intern opportunities across various departments, including:

• CCG Healthcare
  • Supportthe Ageing In Place Service Project
  • Majoring in Social Work, Public Health, Ageing Study, or Gerontology

• ESG
  • Assist withongoing ESG projects by preparing presentations, summary reports, and supporting documentation
  • Ideal for studentsin environmental science, sustainability, social sciences, environmental management, or related fields

• Property Management Service
  • Conduct market research on competitor services for benchmarking purposes
  • Majoring in Business, Marketing, or Property Management is beneficial

• Project
  • Conductresearch and analysis on design trends and best practices
  • Experience in using computer-aided design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Sales
  • Assistin the analysis of property market data
  • Majoring in Real Estate, Surveying, Social Science, or Architecture

• Treasury
  • Assistin building financial models in Excel, conductresearch, and performpeer comparison analysis
  • Preferred for Accounting or Finance majors with strongfinancial modeling skills or strong Excel proficiency
