About the Role
Assist project, data and process improvement related tasks to build practical experience in corporate client service operations.
Internship Period: 15 June 2026 to 31 August 2026
The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.
What you will learn and contribute:
Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Corporate Client Service Department, you may be involved in
Project Coordination & Support
Assist in project progress tracking, milestone monitoring, and status updates for strategic initiatives within Corporate Client Service
Support the coordination with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day project activities
Assist in user requirement gathering and documentation
Help prepare user guides, test cases, and rollout materials where required
Data Collection & Analysis
Perform data collection, consolidation, and basic data analysis
Prepare dashboards, or summaries to identify trends, observations, or operational insights
Process Improvement & Documentation
Participate in operations process analysis and reengineering initiatives
Assist in process mapping, workflow reviews, and process updates
Support documentation and SOP drafting for relevant operational processes
What you will need:
Penultimate-year undergraduate students from business or science-related disciplines
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of VBA/macro writing and Python is preferred
Familiarity with Power Automate or other automation tools is an advantage
Detail-oriented, organized, and confident working with data and systems
A good team player with a curious mindset and willingness to learn
Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Others:
