Are you an ambitious graduate eager to make your mark?

A 24-month development programme at the forefront of our mission critical operation and technology platform, You'll work across multiple operational and technology domains, including infrastructure, applications & system development, information security and hosting services. Together, we will facilitate market efficiency and operations, embracing new technologies to deliver a better market experience and explore strategic partnerships in Fintech and data markets.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate in 2026 or within the last two years with under 2 years of post-graduation work experience
• Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent honors
• Have solid experience on at least one programming language
• Showcase a strong interest in technology and its applications in the financial sector
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Support the project initiation and implementation life cycle.
• Shape and enhance the technology landscape of HKEX.
• Stay updated with the latest technology developments and best practices in the IT industry.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, business operations, and regulatory framework.
• Rotate across various functions in IT and Operations to support HKEX's business and operations.
• Partner with senior management, professionals at all levels, and industry experts.
