• Are a final-year student or recent graduate (with no more than 3 years' full-time work experience) with a Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a university ⁽¹⁾
• Have outstanding academic achievements
• Are passionate about developing a professional engineering career in the energy industry
• Want to contribute to creating sustainable energy solutions for shareholders, customers, communities and future generations
• Enjoy solving problems and learning from new challenges
• Demonstrate leadership potential and thrive in diverse teams
• Have an agile, innovative and commercial mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities
• Are interested in data analytics, digital solutions and emerging technologies
• Communicate effectively in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Are open to operational responsibilities such as shift and/or standby duties, where required
   

Remarks: 

⁽¹⁾ Participants with academic qualifications recognised by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) may undergo HKIE-accredited Scheme “A” Training. For graduates studying outside Hong Kong, please check with HKIE/ Engineering Council/ CEEAA for information on Scheme “A” accreditation programme.
