• Available to work a minimum of 3 full days per week
  

Your role at Finoverse

• Conduct research and analysis on current trends and developments in the fintech and froniter tech sector to ensure our content is relevant and insightful.

• Assist with the planning and execution of various programs, including conferences, VIP events, global seminars, and business networking receptions with the assistant of AI tools.

• Support the preparation and coordination of speaker and VIP invitations, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

• Handle logistical arrangements for VIPs and speakers, including scheduling conference briefings and managing travel arrangements (e.g., flight bookings).

• Provide administrative support to the Content & Programme Team, including maintaining schedules, preparing materials, and updating databases.

• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop program ideas that attract and engage attendees.

Who you are

• Graduated in BA, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

• Willing to learn and deliver beyond what is expected

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• Outgoing and enjoy meeting new people

• Passionate about the technology and the Fintech industry
  

Abilities we are looking for

• Basic knowledge of Innovation & Tech, or Financial Industry trends

• Confident and with excellent communication and strong coordination skills

• Detail-oriented, excellent time management, and manage multiple tasks

• Excellent English and Chinese writing skills
