Job Description - Customer Success Intern (3/6 months full time)

FundPark is a fintech platform specialising in financing solutions for e-Commerce SME businesses. Unfortunately, traditional financial institutions often fail to serve their unique needs, leaving them without access to the working capital they need to grow and succeed.

Powered by our proprietary credit model, cutting-edge technology, and real-time data, we provide efficient, effective, and flexible funding solutions specifically designed for e-Commerce SMEs to grow their businesses and take advantage of new opportunities as they arise. Our loan disbursement has already crossed $3 billion, helping over 18,000 e-Commerce SMEs to grow since inception.

What you need to have

  • Support client onboarding, including KYC, credit approval, document signing, and post-drawdown processes. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely onboarding task completion. 
  • Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into financing applications. 
  • Analyze seller performance data to identify opportunities and risks. 
  • Update client management systems with onboarding status and client profiles. 
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Business, or Economics, with interest in e-commerce financing. 
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented, adept at multitasking. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for professional correspondence. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or data analysis tool experience a plus. 
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency advantageous for Chinese partner interactions.
