Job Description - Digital Platform, Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our digital platform initiatives. This role will focus on conducting research, gathering insights, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure seamless delivery of digital experiences.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital product development, customer experience, and platform optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market and competitor research on digital platforms, customer journeys, and emerging trends
  • Gather and synthesize user insights to support platform improvements
2. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support
  • Support execution of UAT activities for digital platforms (web/app)
  • Perform functional and user journey testing across platforms
  • Log, track, and follow up on defects with IT and product teams
3. Coordination & Documentation
  • Work closely with product, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment
  • Support project documentation, including requirements and testing reports
  • Help track progress, timelines, and deliverables
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
  • Interest in customer experience and digital innovation
