Job Description:

This is 6 months full-time internship opportunity for Jan - Jun 2026 placement in our dynamic Finance Team.

Job Description

• Provide support for finance projects that involves streamlining accounting and reporting processes
  • Assist in reviewing and documenting existing accounting and reporting processes, identify pain points, and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Participate in system enhancement initiatives by preparing test cases, execute user acceptance testing, and document test results
• Assist in Life and Health products and related premium offer campaigns implementation
  • Perform user acceptance testing on accounting records
  • Collaborate with product implementation workgroup to streamline implementation
  • Support the preparation of campaign-related summary report
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end closing processes
• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure data integrity
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by Finance Team

Preferred Skills

• Fast learner with an interest in learning Life Insurance
• Fluent in English; Cantonese Language is beneficial
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Access

Qualifications

• We welcome Year 2 - 3 students currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance or related field
