Fixed Income / Credit Research Intern

About the Role –

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Fixed Income team. In this role, you will support portfolio managers and investment professionals in daily operations, financial analysis, and investment processes—gaining hands-on exposure to the fixed income market.

Key Responsibilities –

1. Maintain earnings, valuation, and other financial models
2. Update trade lists, internal ratings, and coverage universe to meet portfolio managers’ needs
3. Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team, and contribute to investment process improvements
4. Attend team and investment meetings, and prepare concise summaries
5. Assist with data collection, sorting, and filing, including rating reports and market statistics
6. Maintain and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
7. Respond promptly to new credit investment opportunities and new issuances
8. Learn to generate investment ideas and recommendations under guidance

Who We Are Looking For –

Current students in Finance or related disciplines with prior internship experience are welcome to apply. Ideal candidates possess:

1. Basic understanding of financial statements
2. Genuine passion for the financial industry, particularly fixed income markets
3. Strong willingness to learn, interact, and contribute meaningfully
4. High attention to detail
5. Bilingual proficiency: fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken), with excellent written Chinese and English
6. Immediately available
