Fund Operation Intern

About the Role –

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Fund Operations team. You will support daily transaction processing, fund administration, and process improvement initiatives—gaining hands-on experience in the operational backbone of asset management.

Key Responsibilities –

1. Support daily fund operation duties, including trade affirmation, position reconciliations, cash management, corporate actions, and settlement
2. Assist in downloading daily reports (e.g., cash and position/holding reports), and help prepare valuation and NAV statements
3. Document workflows and improve operational manuals as part of ongoing process enhancements
4. Support seasonal and ad-hoc tasks such as KYC reviews, including document filing and directory sorting
5. File and archive accounting vouchers and payment documents
6. Propose innovative ideas and efficient tools to reduce manual work, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of team learning
7. Provide project support for initiatives such as new financial system online, AI projects, website revamp, and platform development
8. Participate in data governance projects and perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Operations Team

Who We Are Looking For –

Current students in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply. Ideal candidates possess:

1. Strong learning ability, with the capacity to generate automated reports based on management requirements
2. Prior internship experience in an asset management environment preferred
3. Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit
4. Proactive, detail-oriented, focused, and well-organized
5. Great initiative, willing and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
