HR Intern (12-month Full-Time/Part-Time Program)

We are looking for a driven, analytical, and peopleoriented HR Intern to support our HR Business Partner team in driving key people initiatives and organizational development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist HRBPs with recruitment activities and workforce planning
• Conduct research on HR trends, policies, and best practices
• Participate in employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Assist with HR reports, analytics, and documentations
• Perform general administrative duties as needed

Skills and Experience:

• University student from Business, Human Resources or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn how HR supports business strategy
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
