Job Description - Intern, Claims

Assist in creating claim files in various systems
Assist in creating non-financial reserves and payments booking in relevant systems
Support data checking and user testings for claims related IT projects
Support in document management

Skills on commonly used software (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Good spoken and written English, preferably with one Chinese language
Ability to work with team on repetitive tasks
Self-driven, willingness to learn, detail oriented and adapt to changes easily
Able to work independently but well-prepared to ask questions when help is needed
Graduation Year: 2025 - 2028
Fields of Study: Any Discipline
Education Level (pursuing / obtained): Bachelor, Higher Diploma / Associate Degree
