Intern - Finance & Secretarial (Three months internship)

Job Descriptions

Finance Team :

1. Perform daily accounting operations
2. Conduct data entry and record-keeping
3. Process payments and invoices
4. Track expenses and perform account reconciliations
5. Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting

Company Secretarial :

1. Prepare compliance documents
2. Maintain company secretarial records and registers
3. Support administrative and compliance tasks

Job Requirements

1. University student majoring in Accounting or Finance
2. Prior internship or part-time experience in finance or company secretarial work, preferably in asset management firms, is an advantage.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Reliability and trustworthiness
6. Proactive and team-oriented approach
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality
8. Diligence and organizational skills
9. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinse (Putonghua and Cantonese), with strong communication skills.

Fresh graduate with financial services industry’s internship experience will also be considered
