Role Overview :

As an IT Development Trainee in our client’s investment bank, you will support the Trading Desk and participate in various projects across the full technology stack. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the development and maintenance of applications used by the Trading Desk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions across the front and back end.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code primarily in Java.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Support various IT projects related to trading, risk management, and data analysis.

Qualifications :

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java; knowledge of other programming languages is a plus.
• Understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
