The role


Provide project, coordination and event support to Board Director Programme in APAC. Tasks include:



  • Content backend 

  • Social media management

  • Operation tasks such as updating slides and formatting

  • Scholar and attendee onboarding into systems 

  • Market research

  • Creating biography packs - images and text compilation

  • Pre-event and Day of Event onsite support - set up, printing, attendance

  • Assessment verification review

  • Others ad hoc tasks


Required skills and experience 



  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with an interest in events management

  • Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including event days


Eligibility



  • Open to undergraduate students and recent graduates

  • Subject to project nature and event dates, applicants should be flexible to support onsite events in Hong Kong  


Additional Information



  • Event dates, timing, and duration will be communicated in advance

  • This role is compensated on an hourly basis

  • Contract period: April to December 2026
