About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

Who may apply
Current University students and recent Graduates who can commit at least 6 months tenure, 3-5 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking key business metrics (volume, revenue, success rates) and preparing regular performance reports.
- Support in maintaining internal dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, Tableau).
- Help with cross-team coordination on operational tasks and follow-ups.
- Participate in external partner communications (e.g., basic follow-ups, meeting notes), especially where Chinese language support is required.
- Provide general support to BD and operations teams on day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
- University student or recent graduate in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related fields.
- Comfortable working with data tools (Excel, Google Sheets; Tableau or SQL is a plus).
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and reliable with task follow-through.
- Interest in crypto, payments, or fintech is a bonus.
