- Lead Generation: Identify and generate high-quality leads to expand ShopBack Pay’s merchant base
- Merchant Engagement: Monitor and engage inactive merchants to reduce dormancy and unlock growth opportunities
- Performance Optimisation: Support initiatives to grow merchant performance and improve sales effectiveness
- Process Improvement & Automation: Use AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and increase team productivity
- End-to-End Exposure: Gain hands-on experience across the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting to onboarding and growth
Essentials to Succeed
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Strong interest in business development, strategy, and partnerships
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to solve problems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to improve workflows and productivity
