The Job

• Assist in the Finance Data Lake initiative to centralize finance data into a single source of truth (SSOT).
• Support reporting automation using tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Workiva.
• Participate in UAT and system implementation for finance-related platforms.
• Help document and streamline workflows for investment alignment projects and reinsurance reporting.
• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Actuarial, IT, and Investment to gather requirements and validate transformation outcomes.
• Prepare presentation materials and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

The Person

• Background in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics or Statistics, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI or Alteryx is a plus.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
