In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Brand, and Commercial teams to provide financial insights that drive efficiency, performance, and strategic decision-making across our global portfolio. \n\nThis position sits at the intersection of finance and operations, helping ensure our products and content are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with business objectives. \n\nThe Internship Experience \n\nHasbro\u2019s Summer Internship Program offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a global play and entertainment company operates- paired with the opportunity to make a real impact. \n\nInterns are fully embedded on their teams and trusted to own meaningful business projects aligned to team priorities. Throughout the summer, you\u2019ll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning. \n\nWhat You Will do as a Financial Analyst Intern: \n\n * Meeting with various stakeholders within the finance organization to obtain understanding of existing processes and procedures \n\n\n * Documenting \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cfuture state\u201d processes and procedures \n\n\n * Assemble and summarize data; prepare reports; create presentations of findings, analyses and recommendations \n\n\n * Assisting with operational implementation of updated and/or new processes and procedures \n\n\n * Researching industry\u2019s best practices and conduct benchmark analysis against Hasbro\u2019s processes \n\n\n * Assist in drafting business policies and communications \n\n\n * Supporting global finance operations team on other ad hoc projects \n\n\n\nWhat You Will Bring (Required qualifications/skills/competencies): \n\n * Pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or related field \n\n\n * Technologically savvy, and proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and power point \n\n\n * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across several stakeholders \n\n\n * Strong inter-personal skills \n\n\n * Ability to recognize relevant facts for process documentation and ask thoughtful and important questions \n\n\n * Finance and business curiosity.
