Interns will help deliver low-complexity projects end\u2011to\u2011end by supporting project planning, timelines, risk management, and cross\u2011functional coordination.\n\nThe Internship Experience\n\nHasbro\u2019s Summer Internship Program offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a global play and entertainment company operates- paired with the opportunity to make a real impact. \n\nInterns are fully embedded on their teams and trusted to own meaningful business projects aligned to team priorities. Throughout the summer, you\u2019ll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning. \n\nWhat You Will Do as a Project Management / Project Engineer Intern\n\n * Support end\u2011to\u2011end product and project development, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met\n * Build and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and reports with cross\u2011functional teams\n * Facilitate team meetings, communicate action items, and provide regular program status updates\n * Assist engineers with concept development, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing support\n * Evaluate new product ideas and provide technical feasibility input\n * Coordinate with global partners across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, and Legal\n * Identify and manage project risks, support issue resolution, and drive continuous improvement\n * Create and maintain product specifications, cost targets, and delivery requirements\n * Support cost reviews, value engineering, and resource utilization planning\n * Contribute to CAD part or mechanism design (SolidWorks) where applicable\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Bring\n\n * Current undergraduate or graduate student (Spring 2026 graduates not eligible)\n * Available to work full\u2011time\n * At least one year of study in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field\n * Strong communication, organization, and time management skills\n * Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and web\u2011based tools\n * Previous project, co\u2011op, or product development experience preferred\n * Passion for collaboration, play, and consumer product development\n\n\n\nProgram Details\n\n * Interview Timeline: February \u2013 April \n\n\n * Summer Internship Program Dates: \n\n\n * Start: Late June (target June 22) \n\n\n * End: Late August (target August 21) \n\n\n * Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week) \n\n\n * Location: Hong Kong\n\n\n\nWhy Hasbro\n\nHasbro internships are designed as a launchpad for early career talent.
