Throughout the summer, you\u2019ll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning.\n\nWhat You Will Do as a Sourcing Intern\n\n * Support the execution of global sourcing strategies for assigned product categories\n * Assist with supplier research, evaluation, and onboarding, including data gathering and documentation\n * Help track supplier performance related to cost, quality, delivery, and compliance\n * Support cost analysis, productivity initiatives, and value\u2011engineering efforts\n * Collaborate with cross\u2011functional partners including Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Project Management\n * Maintain sourcing documentation, reports, and data accuracy in internal systems\n * Assist with identifying sourcing risks and escalating issues as appropriate\n * Support continuous improvement initiatives across the sourcing and supply network\n\n\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Bring\n\n * Current undergraduate or graduate student (Spring 2026 graduates not eligible)\n * Available to work full\u2011time\n * At least one year of study in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field\n * Strong communication, organization, and time management skills\n * Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and web\u2011based tools\n\n\n * Interest in global manufacturing, sourcing, and consumer product development\n\n\n\n * Passion for collaboration, play, and consumer product development\n\n\n\nProgram Details\n\n * Interview Timeline: February \u2013 April\n\n\n * Summer Internship Program Dates: \n\n\n * Start: Late June (target June 22)\n\n\n * End: Late August (target August 21)\n\n\n * Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)\n\n\n * Location: Hong Kong\n\n\n\nWhy Hasbro\n\nHasbro internships are designed as a launchpad for early career talent.
