Job Description - Summer Internship (2 months) - Personal Banking Risk and Integrated Management Department

Responsivities:

Assist in data preparation and data cleaning, participate in model development and monitoring analysis, and support AI-related and intelligent project implementation
Engage in data analysis and visualization, and assist in the design and development of data dashboards
Help build and maintain data infrastructure, organize data dictionaries, and ensure data standardization and traceability
Participate in workflow planning and optimization, using tools such as VBA to enhance efficiency
Collect and integrate internal and external information, to support regulatory analysis for reporting
Research emerging AI technology trends and market use cases, and help translate findings into feasible business solutions

Requirements:

An undergraduate student at a Hong Kong tertiary institution, preferably majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields. Third-year or fourth-year students are preferred
Knowledge of Python or SAS programming; familiarity with SQL, VBA, and Tableau is a plus
Foundational knowledge of statistical analysis; familiarity with machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI applications is a plus
Basic knowledge of risk, such as credit risk and fraud risk
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Fluency in Mandarin i is advantageous
Can work from June - August 2026 (Full Time)
