Intern, Sales Operations

What you have to do

• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data
• Create and maintain sales performance reports, dashboards, and metrics to track sales KPIs
• Support the team in generating reports and insights from sales data
• Assist in documenting sales processes and procedures
• Assist in organizing and updating sales collateral, presentations, and training materials
• Support the team with CRM system management, including data entry and record maintenance
• Coordinate sales meetings and trainings, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication

What you need to have

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
• Possess a good numerical sense with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools is required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and changing work environment
• Required to work 2-3 days per week
