Opportunities: Marketing - Commercial Management Internship: Support the Commercial Management function within the Marketing Department. Assist with projects as appropriate and assigned by the team. Collaborate with team members on pricing design and execution. Conduct market research and analysis to inform pricing strategies. Assist in managing customer relationships and partnerships. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns. Operations Internship: Support the Operations department in analytics, process optimization, and solution development. Utilize analytical skills to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with team members to optimize operational processes. Assist in developing innovative solutions to operational challenges. Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Sales Internship: Generate ideas on how to increase the number of new customer accounts from an outside-in perspective. Perform customer data analysis to enhance upselling, cross-selling, and prevent churn. Participate in the review and brainstorming of Strategic Account Management (SAM) campaigns. Analyze sales calls to identify training opportunities. Review and evaluate the sales onboarding training process. Conduct potential sales surveys, including identifying and addressing instances of corrupted selling. General Requirements: Open to all backgrounds and fields of study. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A proactive and self-motivated mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (depending on the department). Preferred Qualifications (Operations): Background in mathematics or applied mathematics is an advantage. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
