Accounting Officer - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting duties, such as Account Payable and Account Receivable
• Prepare financial statement and month-end closing;
• Data entries and invoice validation etc.
• Other HR & Admin duties and ad-hoc assignments
• Priority will be given to the person who can handle full sets of accounts

Requirements

• HKCEE/ HKDSE or above with LCCI Intermediate level
• At least 2-5 years of accounting experience at a similar level
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. MYOB, Peach Tree) and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, fair in English and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferrable
