Job Description
1.Assist to perform account documents review for both new account and existing accounts
2.Provide general administrative support to the office
3.Responsible for daily data entry and document filing
4.Make calls to the existing clients for the services renewal
5.Guests greeting in a professional and polite manner
6.Perform ad-hoc project and assignment
Skills & Requirements
1. Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
2. Customer-focused, proactive and eager to learn
3. Good communication and presentation skills
4. Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin Able to work 2 days.
