E-Job Agency, a dynamic and innovative recruitment firm, is seeking a full-time Recruitment Consultant with fluency in Japanese to join our team due to our business growth.
We specialize in 'finding the best matching of people to people' and connecting people to their ideal roles, including full-time, part-time, internships, tutoring, and domestic helper positions.

Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in our mission to source Cantonese and Japanese speaking candidates to fill in our clients' job openings as well as find Filipino individuals in Hong Kong or the Philippines and introduce them to Hong Kong or Japanese families. Our founder is Japanese but we are not working as traditional Japanese company. We are working as a team and a multitasker. We foster a warm, open-discussion, and flexible work culture that

Consultant (Japanese speaking)

[Job description]

①　Recruitment (Mainly):

Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates using different social media platforms.

Conduct interviews and skills assessments with candidates to determine suitability.

Schedule interviews between candidates and employers.

Engage in other activities which could increase the sales amount.

➁　Maid Agency:

Find, introduce, and manage contract procedures for Filipino people.

Assist in Helper VISA support and application issue with HK Government and Philippine embassy.

Handle domestic helper arrangements (Secondment), schedule adjustments, etc.

Communicate via email, Whatsapp for schedule arrangement in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese.

Attend the interview with both Filipinas and customers out of office 

Issue invoices, settle payments, receipts, etc.

[Requirements]- JLPT N2 or above / Fluent in Japanese in both written (Able to text Native Japanese in WhatsApp / line) and speaking. Good command in English , Mandarin and Native Cantonese
- Team player, self-motivated and also could work independently with good communication skill.

- Fresh graduate / non related experience also welcome to apply! We will provide on-job training and work as a team!
