Clerk / Administrative Assistant - Part-Time

Job responsibilities:

• Office general admin support, including handling incoming mails/equipment maintenance/vendors searches/scanning/filing/ordering office supplies etc.
• Greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
• Assist to HR / Finance matters.
• Sensitive to figures/pricing.
• CRM maintenance and updating.
• Inventory updating and courier arrangement.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner.
• ‘Can do’ attitude and a good team player.
• Assist to staff activities/special events.

Job Requirements:

• Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to details
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
