Full-Time / Part-Time Accounting & administrative officer

We are a Hong Kong listed company in the main board, with operations in PRC and head office in Hong Kong

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

• Perform general accounting and book keeping duties including data entries, voucher preparation, cheque payment, prepare and follow up invoices and receipts;
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reports
• Support year-end account closing and management account reports, work with external auditor on audits;
• Provide office administrative and clerical support;
• Assist in tasks assigned by the supervisor and any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements :

• Minimum LCC level III or above
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point, working experience with FLEX accounting software is an advantage;
• Detail-oriented, organized, ability to work independently
