Operations Coordinator (Full Time) / Operations Specialist (Part Time - Weekends & PHs)

We cordially invite high caliber to join our team as Operations Coordinators and Operations Specialists, who are responsible for leading frontline operations for B2C promotional projects. 

Operations Coordinator (Full Time) - Five days work
Operations Specialist (Part Time) - Work on weekends and public holidays

Job Duties

- Responsible for day-to-day coordination of business operational activities

- Conduct event site visit and on-site investigation

- Monitor and control frontline operations to meet customer expectations and company goals

- Proactively review and seek feedback from front-line staff and involved teams to facilitate improvement on training programs

- Carry out ongoing front end guideline for promoter team from development, execution to evaluation      

- Liaise between employees and management to ensure smooth operations delivery

- Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner

- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and incident reports with recommendations for prevention /procedures Ad Hoc duties if necessary

Requirements

- Tertiary education graduated in any disciplines.

- Strong HR management / B2C promotional experience

- Rich knowledge in operate promotional projects.

- Able to identify operation deficiency and upkeep control quality

- Able to recommend solution to improve operations & control

- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skill    

- Able to work independently and under pressure

- Had past working experience in HR, event and operation management will be an advantage

- Innovative, result-oriented, self-motivated & committed towards assigned achievement

- Good knowledge of computer ( MS Office , MS Excel)

- Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese

- Willing to work overtime and holidays

- Outdoor working is necessary

- Fresh graduates are welcomed

Remuneration:

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification. Benefits including MPF, Medical Benefit, Annual Leave will be offered to successful candidates.
