Receptionist (Full-time / Part-time)

We are an English education centre located in Causeway Bay and Prince Edward. We are looking for a friendly and responsible receptionist to join our team.

Job duties: 

• Perform general reception duties including phone calls and customers enquiries
• Carry out general office administration duties 
• Provide customer service and communicate with parents
• Manage class schedule and provide operational support to staff

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese processing applications
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Professional telephone manners
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, responsible and organised
• Immediate availability is preferred
