Job Description
• Provide secretarial support to Team Manager and administrative support to the team
• Willing to learn
• Presentable and Smart
• Easy to cooperate
Job Highlights:
• Provide administrative support duties
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence
• Liaise with internal and external parties
• Experience in Recruitment IA documentary process is at agreat advantage
Requirement
• HKCEE / DSE with 5 subjects pass or equivalent qualification (including Maths and Chinese or English)
• IIQE 1 & 3
• 1 year related working experience
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Familiar with MS Office
• Experience in insurance companies will be definitely advantage
