The Job
- Clients: 1) A Luxury Fashion Brand, 2) Airline 3) Telecommunication Service Provider
- Position: Customer Service Officer - Japanese
- Responsibilities: Based in the call center under the Japanese team, the position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, handle Japanese customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Non-sales position
- Salary: $16-20K. 5 day work
Requirements
- Post-secondary educated
- Native level Japanese.
- At least 1 years customer service experience
- Call center CS experience will be an advantage but not a must
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
