Guest Services Agent - Part-Time

The Perkin Hotel is a 50 rooms stylish boutique hotel built on the ideals of a sumptuous night’s sleep and sensible prices, and catering to travelers who crave the privacy, fun, and easy-going adventure that conventional cookie-cutter hotels rarely offer.　　　

Responsibilities

• Provide front of the house guest services which include rooms registration & cashiering, responding to guest enquires, questions and provide information.
• Ensure customer service standards is delivered and guest satisfaction is achieved.
• Comfortable seated workstation / reception 

Qualifications

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated and responsible
• Independent and able to work shift duty
• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Knowledge of Oasis PMS System is preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Part Time $80/hr  (Day shift only)
