Part-time Customer Service Executive

Scope of work:

• Answer and handle customer inquiries
• Enter data and follow up on cases

Job requirements: < /b>

• HKCEE / DSE or above
• One year or above clerical/customer service experience is preferred (???? Fresh graduates are welcome to apply ????)
• Be able to speak fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Understand simple computer operations and typing in Chinese and English

Working location: Mobil Working hours:

• Monday to Sunday (work 6-8 hours a day)
• Able to work 2-3 days a week
