Accounts Administrator - Part-Time

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide donation financial administration support in particular cash management
• Oversee and monitor daily operations of cash management 
• Update and maintain accurate and timely transaction & inventory records
• Assist manager to prepare cash-flow summary
• Outdoor work is required

 

Requirements

• Post-secondary education with 3 years of working experience in accounting or data entry
• Attentive to details with good numeric sense
• Well-organized, responsible and self-motivated
• Proficient in using MS Office including MS Excel & MS Word
• Written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese
