The Job

• Conduct literature reviews and desktop research on topics related to Living Lab in Gerontechnology for Age-Friendly Home.
• Evaluate test results, analyze testing data, and prepare comprehensive test reports summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders, including management and service teams.
• Analyze evaluation reports on research studies/project outcomes/service effectiveness; synthesize information; and clearly communicate evaluation findings, conclusions, and recommendations in written reports.
• Fulfil any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor as deemed appropriate.

The Person

• Degree holder or above in policy/public health administration, science, health science or social science.
• Minimum 8 years’ post qualification working experience, experience in Academic institutions, government, non-governmental organizations or public organizations is preferred.
• Experience in research and statistical analysis is essential; project management, project planning and execution and/or community education is preferred.
• Mature and work independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong writing skills in English and Chinese.
• Knowledge in conducting evidence-based studies.
• Good command of spoken English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.
• Good PC knowledge.
