Assistant Concierge - Part-Time

Gateway Apartments is located within Harbour City, Hong Kong’s famous & most vibrant shopping mall, in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Established in 1999, the Gateway Apartments features 256 units. Apartment types range from Studios to 3-Bedroom Penthouse units with sizes from 712 to 2,931 sq. ft. Responsibilities:

• Ensure high level of residents’ satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with residents 
• Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide local information and resolve problems requested from residents 
• Provide clerical support and manage the Concierge counter

Requirements:

• Diploma holder, preferably in hotel or tourism management
• Good team player with pleasant personality and customer oriented
• Excellent spoken in both English & Mandarin
• College and university student are welcome to apply for Part Time Concierge
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
