Job Description - Temporary / Part-time Human Resources Officer / Clerk

We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Human Resources Office :

Temporary / Part-time Human Resources Officer / Clerk (Human Resources OfficeHRO) (Ref: 24000U5)

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

  • assisting the HR Team Heads in providing support in specialized HR functional areas such as compensation & benefits, performance management, HR system, manpower planning and budgeting, learning & development, staff engagement, appointment and special projects;
  • administering HR systems, data, workflows and processes;
  • compiling management statistics and reports; and
  • performing other duties as assigned.

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • a recognized degree in human resources management or a relevant discipline, preferably with some HR experience;
  • customer focused and service mindset; and
  • good computer, organization, interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).

Terms and Conditions for Appointment

Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary full-time / part-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
