Part-time Human Resources Clerk

Duties:

• Assist in handling daily routines of the HR Department, including but not limited to interview arrangements and posting job advertisements
• Provide clerical support, data entry and document filing
• Assist in employee events and related on-site logistics
• Participate in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Secondary education or above
• Fresh university graduate who is passionate about the human resources field is welcome
• Responsible, flexible and attentive to details
• Good in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Work schedule: at least 2 full-day / 3 half-day per week
• Immediately available is preferred
