Senior Sales Manager - Part-Time

Our client, a global leader in Logistics, Supply Chain solutions, and Warehousing, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join their team. With a strong presence across multiple countries, this role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and impact.

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm

Location:  Lai Chi Kok (MTR 5 mins walk)

Salary: 32K – 40K

Responsibilities:

• Drive business development efforts for air and ocean freight services, with a focus on acquiring new accounts.
• Identify, strategize, and establish relationships with high-potential clients.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to exceed planned results.
• Achieve required tonnages on target projects.
• Ensure gross profit levels meet basic requirements.
• Report directly to the General Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales Managerial position within a sizable Air and Ocean Forwarding company, with a proven track record.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and team-building skills.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese.

• AL: 14 days (1st year), 18 days (Max)
