職責

• 接聽查詢及傳達個案予相關部門跟處理 ；日常文書工作(資料輸入、檔件管理等)
• 處理和解決客戶的投訴 
• 記錄來電訂單並安排維護和緊急服務的技術支持
• 定期為管理層和客戶提供報告

要求：
。中五或以上程度
。能閱讀及書寫簡單英語
。基本電腦操作
。經驗不拘
。持有有效保安員証及QAS證書 (優先考慮)工作福利：
