Assistant Accountant / Accounting Officer (PT / FT)

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations such as arranging AR and AP, data processing and filing, preparation of vouchers and supporting documents, etc.
• Process accounting entry and data input in the accounting system MYOB.
• Prepare month-end closing, bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements.
• Assist to Prepare interim and annual reports (including financial statements, corporate governance report and environment, social and governance report).
• To deal with other ad-hoc matters.

Requirements:

• Higher/Diploma or above in Accountancy.
• Over 3 years accounting experience or above (less experience will be considered as Accounting Clerk).
• Knowledge of the accounting software MYOB is highly preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, hard-working and is willing to learn.
